Fully favorable redetermination decision letters discontinued

Effective March 1, 2017, First Coast Service Options Inc. (First Coast) no longer issues Part B fully favorable redetermination decision letters. Providers will continue to receive a revised remittance advice that will reflect the change(s) made as a result of the redetermination request that was submitted.
