Genetic testing for breast cancer aims to help breast cancer patients and their physicians determine whether adjuvant chemotherapy would be beneficial. The BRCA Genetic Mutation Testing for Breast & Ovarian Cancer Susceptibility: Authorization Criteria defines coverage criteria.
