HCPCS S8032 addition

Health Care Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) code S8032, Low-dose computed tomography for lung cancer screening, will be added to the code list and require authorization through AIM Specialty Health (AIM) effective for dates of service on or after May 1, 2015.
