ICD-10-CM Code Update for Select Ultrasound Services
June 27, 2017Effective retroactively for dates of service on or after October 1, 2015, the ICD-10-CM diagnosis code requirements are updated for CPT ultrasound codes 76514, 76830, 76856 and 76857. Affected claims will be reprocessed with an Erroneous Payment Correction (EPC) for dates of service on or after October 1, 2015.
