Important Update on BlueCard Claims Processed the Weekend of March 19th
April 29, 2016Anthem Blue Cross would like to make you aware of a pricing issue that occurred following a release over the weekend of March 19, 2016. The pricing issue resulted in both professional and facility BlueCard claims pricing at a zero allowance. The pricing issue was corrected on Thursday, March 24, 2016. At this time, there is no need to call your local Anthem Provider Services call center. All impacted claims have already been identified and will be adjusted. Please allow an estimate of 90 – 120 days for reprocessing.
