Issue Corrected: Claims Denying for No Prior Authorization (PA): Incorrect Pay To National Provider Identifier (NPI)

The issue where claims were denied for no PA with an incorrect denial reason has been corrected.  Affected claims will be reprocessed. Please see the e-message from April 1, 2016 that originally described this issue.
