Issue Resolved with MCR Denials

A number of providers had previously called the NCTracks Contact Center indicating their Manage Change Request (MCR) was “denied” because of lack of supporting documentation. An incomplete letter was never sent to the provider requesting additional documentation. Instead, a denial letter was sent to the provider in error. This issue has been resolved. The provider will need to re-submit the denied MCR.
