LABORATORY MANAGEMENT PROGRAM CHANGES EFFECTIVE JAN. 1, 2017, AND FEB. 6, 2017
December 20, 2016The Laboratory Management Program has made changes regarding Cologuard Testing 81528 and Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing 81420, 81507, and 0009M. Highmark has also made revisions to the list of procedure codes being managed via the Laboratory Management Program as of 2017. They will also be making changes to their clinical guidelines that will take effect Feb. 6, 2017. Details about these changes are available in an Executive Summary.
