Laboratory Substance Abuse Testing Policy Revised

Manual review requirements for substance abuse testing have been removed. Please reference the January 2017 MIB, Article 17-07 that stated Substance abuse testing requires use of G codes. Documentation for manual review is required when a quantitative testing code exceeds 14 tests.
