Laboratory/Pathology Services Updates
March 28, 2016Medicaid Minnesota made the following changes to Laboratory/Pathology Services
• Under date ranges affected by Reference and Outside Lab Services policy, deleted reference to billing on the 837P for dates of service on and after Oct. 1, 2015.
• Added a statement under Genetic Testing that pharmacogenetic panel tests such as those panel tests for psychotropics, analgesics, or ADHD stimulant medications are not covered.
