DMAP will be adjusting paid claims with a date of service beginning February 4, 2020, and a claim submission date beginning January 29, 2021 (date rate was entered into the Delaware Medicaid Enterprise System [DMES]).
87635 – IADNA SARS-COV-2 COVID-19 AMPLIFIED PROBE TECHNIQUE
Rate change effective March 13, 2020
Rate – $50.28
DMAP will be adjusting paid claims with a date of service beginning March 13, 2020, and a claim submission date beginning January 29, 2021 (date rate was entered into the Delaware Medicaid Enterprise System [DMES]).
This information will appear on the Remittance Advice (RA) dated June 28, 2021, and the claim numbers will begin with ’52’.
