Medicaid Fee For Service Family Planning Diagnosis System List Update

Effective  January 04, 2016, Xerox State Healthcare, LLC updated the NM Medicaid system with the New Family Planning Diagnosis Codes.  Xerox State Healthcare, LLC has identified the claims which incorrectly denied for edit 0029 “SERVICE NOT FAMILY PLANNING RELATED” due to these codes not yet being available in the system. The identified claims have been adjusted and no further action is required on your part.  The  adjusted claims will appear on Remittance Advices dated March 14, 2016 with a Transaction Control Number (TCN) prefix four (4) –  41604000949.
