Minnesota Family Planning Program

Effective Jan. 1, 2015, Minnesota Family Planning Program (MFPP) procedure codes 87623 Detect test for HPV (low risk types), 87624 Detect test for HPV (high risk types) , and 87625 Detect test for HPV (HPV types 16 & 18 only) will replace 87620, 87621 and 87622. Claims with dates of service before Jan. 1, 2015, will process with procedure codes 87620, 87621 and 87622.
