To view the LCD(s), go to www.PalmettoGBA.com/jma/lcd or www.PalmettoGBA.com/jmb/lcd, www.PalmettoGBA.com/jja/lcd, and www.PalmettoGBA.com/jjb/lcd. Choose your appropriate state and click on ‘Active LCD Policies’ or ‘Future Effective LCD Policies’. Select the title of the LCD you wish to view. The LCDs are listed in alphabetical order.
