MolDX Local Coverage Determinations: Notice Period

The MolDX: Cystatin C Measurement L37581 and DX: DecisionDx-Melanoma L37725 A/B MAC LCDs began their notice period October 18, 2018. The notice period will end December 2, 2018. Any revisions made will become effective December 3, 2018.
