New APM Performance Pathway (APP) Resources Available

The 2021 APM Performance Pathway (APP) Toolkit has been updated with new resources, and now includes the following:

• 2021 APM Performance Pathway for MIPS APM Participants Fact Sheet– Provides an overview of the APP, including who can participate, reporting requirements, the scoring methodology, and frequently asked questions.

• APM Performance Pathway for MIPS APM Participants in 2021 Infographic– Highlights key features of the APP, including reporting requirements for MIPS APMs and the scoring methodology for the 2021 performance year.
