New Information and Links to Provider Enrollment Chain and Ownership System (PECOS)

CMS has created two files on their website to help facilitate the Ordering and Referring PECOS enrollment requirement (per Change Request 6417). 

• PECOS Verification: This file will allow a user to verify that an individual physician or eligible professional has an approved enrollment record in PECOS.
• Application Status: The new Initial Physician and Non-Physician Applications Pending Contractor Review files are lists of applications pending contractor review.
