New Tools Added to Secure Provider Portal

TriWest Healthcare Alliance (TriWest) continues to enhance its offerings to registered users on the secure provider portal. Effective July 14, 2010, TriWest deployed a new reporting tool to assist providers in performing TriWest claims reconciliation and status determination. The Provider Claims Report is available to all users registered on the www.triwest.com secure website and provides claims data for up to a four-week period. Financial information for multiple claims can be easily printed, downloaded to an Excel spreadsheet or viewed online.

In addition, cost-share and copayment information has been added to the Eligibility Verification application. This information is specific to procedure, plan type, rank, and duty status. It is available to print as part of a beneficiary’s eligibility details within the secure application.
