Non-935 Demand Letters-overpayment recoupment
August 29, 2017In July 2017, Novitas issued Non-935 Demand Letters to certain providers that contained incorrect appeal language. On August 7, 2017, Novitas issued correct appeal language with reference to the original demand letters. However, it has come to Novitas attention, that the demand amounts referenced in the notification letters may be incorrect. If you believe the demand amounts in your notification letter is incorrect, please refer to your original Non-935 Demand Letter.
