OHCA is no longer printing remittance advices

Providers are now expected to download remittance advices (RAs) from the SoonerCare Provider Portal. RAs are available on the portal for 24 months. OHCA will only process requests for duplicate RAs if the request is beyond the 24-month timeframe, and there will be a charge for each request. Requests for duplicate RAs may be submitted to OHCA using the most recent version of the HCA-18.
