Palmetto GBA J1 A/B MAC has scheduled Open Draft Local Coverage Determination (LCD) meetings in California, Nevada and Hawaii for July 2012. These meetings were scheduled in order to allow for the submission of information related to the proposed LCD on Drugs of Abuse Testing DL32597. The general public is invited to submit information for Palmetto GBA’s consideration. The LCD is applicable across all J1 regions. Medicare Part A and Part B MAC for Jurisdiction 11; comprised of North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia. Medicare Part A and Part B MAC for Jurisdiction 1; comprised of California, Hawaii and Nevada.
