Prior Authorization Requirement for Genetic Testing Delayed

The new prior authorization requirement for UnitedHealthcare Commercial members for genetic testing (excluding BRCA, which currently requires prior authorization), which was originally scheduled to be effective third quarter 2016, has been delayed. Additional details will be published in a future Network Bulletin newsletter.
