Provider Enrollment – Application Submission Error Message
August 29, 2017Some providers are reporting that their New Mexico Medicaid provider enrollment web application is receiving an error upon submission. This is due to an unexpected issue related to duplicate provider IDs that match the information on the provider’s application. This error will appear if you were previously enrolled with an alphanumeric Medicaid ID and now are submitting a new provider enrollment application. MDNM is actively working on resolving the issue.
