Providers must be registered

All Providers reported on Medicaid/TennCare claims, whether the provider is a Billing or Secondary provider must be registered as a TennCare provider to ensure compliance with Federal Regulation 42 CFR 455.410(b). Please be advised that Electronic Crossover Claims containing providers who are not registered with Medicaid/TennCare will be denied and Paper Crossover Claims will be returned unprocessed to the submitter.
