REGISTER on the Portal

The new Delaware Medicaid Enterprise System (DMES) has replaced the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS). The new Delaware Medical Assistance Program (DMAP) Healthcare Portal is used to enroll, inform, educate, reimburse, and update DMAP providers and process claims. Register on the Portal (for those that did not do so during the Early Registration period). Separate registration is required for each Medicaid ID, taxonomy, and service location for which you are enrolled with DMAP. You should have received a letter with a list of your Medicaid ID(s) and associated service location(s) and taxonomy/taxonomies.
