September 2016 Fingerprint Request Letter

On September 8, 2016 Palmetto GBA mailed Fingerprint request letters to Part B individuals (non-owners) requesting they undergo a fingerprint based background check within 30 calendar days from the postmark of the letter.  Palmetto GBA is aware the Fingerprint request letters did not clearly state ‘individuals’ but indicated ‘5% or greater owners and partners’. All individuals in receipt of the fingerprint request letter should comply and proceed with undergoing a fingerprint based background check in accordance with §424.518(c)(3).
