UnitedHealthcare reimbursement policy revised

| Laboratory Rebundling and Professional/Technical Component Policies | August 19, 2012 | The Laboratory Rebundling Policy was revised to allow reimbursement of laboratory codes when reported in Place of Service 24 (Ambulatory Service Center) effective Aug. 19, 2012. At that same time, the Professional/Technical Component Policy was revised to allow reimbursement for the global service and the technical component of a professional/technical eligible service when reported in a Place of Service 24. |
