Update to Reimbursement Rates for Clinical Laboratory Services

Effective retroactively for dates of service on or after July 1, 2016, Medi-Cal reimbursement rates for clinical laboratory services are updated. No action is required of providers. Affected claims will be reprocessed via an Erroneous Payment Correction (EPC). For more information, providers may refer to the Medi-Cal Rates page on the Medi-Cal website.
