Updated Crosswalk: CPT/HCPCS Code Changes for Additional Drug Toxicology Codes

Additional drug toxicology codes are now included in the 2015 CPT HCPCS code changes crosswalk.  Please disregard any previous versions and reference to this updated crosswalk.  Remember, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina will only reimburse for one HCPCS (G code) OR one CPT code in the same category ­but not both  for the same date of service.
