Updates to the Clarifying Q & A from CMS/AMA Joint Announcement and Guidance Regarding ICD-10 Flexibilities

CMS has updated the Clarifying Questions and Answers document originally published last year regarding ICD-10 flexibilities. They address what a valid ICD-10 code is, if Medicare is going to phase in the requirement to code to the highest level of specificity and will unspecified codes be allowed once ICD-10 flexibilities expire.
