Lâle White, CEO and founder of XiFin, is dedicated to the vision of enabling better healthcare through innovation, expertise and advocacy.

Lâle is a nationally recognized expert in the field of medical financial management and regulatory compliance, with over 35 years of experience in information systems development and medical billing. She lectures extensively on these topics and has consulted for major labs and lab associations throughout the U.S. She has chaired the state and federal contractor committees for the California Clinical Laboratory Association (CCLA), maintaining a working relationship with the Department of Health and Human Services. Lâle has also worked with HCFA and the U.S. Office of the Inspector General to develop the first OIG Model Compliance Program.

Prior to founding XiFin, Lâle held leadership roles with Laboratory Corporation of America and National Health Laboratories. She has held Board of Directors memberships with bioTheranostics while it was a BioMerieux subsidiary, and CombiMatrix Corporation, until its acquisition by Invitae Corporation in 2017; and is currently on the board of Cardiff Oncology.

Lâle has been recognized with multiple industry and business honors including the lifetime achievement award from the CCLA, the Entrepreneur of the Year Award from Ernst & Young, and inclusion in the Top 50 Women Entrepreneurs in America from Inc. In July 2024, Lâle was named CEO of the Year by San Diego Business Journal. She has a BA in finance and an MBA from Florida International University.

Clarisa Blattner is the Senior Director, Revenue and Payor Optimization, at XiFin, Inc. Over the last eight years, she has helped manage the billing and reimbursement operations of the outsourced billing department at XiFin, cultivating and directing a large team of revenue cycle personnel, which services over 45 independent labs in multiple specialties, with focus on operational excellence, including workflow, service, platform, revenue cycle optimizations, and continuous process improvement. She also serves as a strategic consultant in clinical and billing operations. Ms. Blattner has over 20 years of healthcare experience, with 18 years being in revenue cycle management within the lab industry for such organizations as US Labs, Clarient, and MDxHealth. Clarisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Southern California, and a certificate in Business Administration. She also holds a CCS credential through AHIMA, and a CPC credential through AAPC.

Krista Nadolski works with molecular, medical device, IDTF, digital health, and remote technology clients on their reimbursement, electronic engagement, and financial reporting needs. Krista’s previous roles include sales and marketing work in the areas of specialty pharmacy, durable medical equipment, and infusion services. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Framingham State College, and a master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from San Diego State University.
