David Pope is the Chief Pharmacy Officer of XiFin, Inc. As a pharmacist, Dr. Pope is dedicated to improving patient care through innovative ideas. He brings over two decades of experience in pharmacy consulting, medical informatics, transitions of care, publications, independent pharmacy practice, and integrating clinical services in the retail pharmacy space. Before joining XiFin, David helped co-found STRAND Clinical Technologies, the U.S. market leader in helping pharmacists launch clinical services within their community. Pope holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Georgia.
Speakers
Kim Boyd is a Principal with Leavitt Partners’ digital health team, where she advises payers, providers, and technology companies on federal and state policy, interoperability, and standards adoption. She serves as Executive Director of PICSA – the Pharmacy Interoperability and Clinical Services Alliance, leads Leavitt Partners’ Real-time Prescription Benefit work with the CARIN Alliance, and sits on the NCPDP Board of Trustees and chairs their Strategic Planning Committee while actively contributing to HL7 standards. Kim is also a member of the Sequoia Project and engages in its Pharmacy Working Group, helps organizations navigate TEFCA, the CMS-Aligned Network, and other national frameworks. She is a recognized leader in advancing electronic prior authorization, data fluidity, patient empowerment solutions and strategies that align policy, technology, and market needs.
Debi Lerkins is the marketing director at XiFin, Inc., where she leads pharmacy product marketing initiatives supporting a variety of organizations including retail, specialty, and hospital outpatient pharmacies. She possesses more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a career spanning healthcare technology, pharmacy benefit management, specialty pharmacy, population health, and behavioral health.
Prior to XiFin, Debi led high-performing B2B and B2C marketing teams, helping organizations strengthen market positioning, accelerate growth, and compete effectively in an increasingly complex healthcare environment. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Oklahoma Baptist University.
