Brian has 25+ years of experience in financial management and business operations. He joined XiFin as Vice President of Strategic Revenue Cycle Operations and Initiatives for outsourced billing services. In this role, Kemp leads the outsourced billing team for hospital outpatient clients, among others. Prior to joining XiFin, Kemp has held several leadership roles in the healthcare sector–most recently leading the Laboratory Outsourced Billing group at Change He holds a BBA in accounting from the College of William and Mary, in addition to an MBA in Marketing and Operations from Indiana University.

A graduate of Siena College, Dave has 29 years of practice management, administration, revenue cycle, healthcare finance, analytics, and client management experience. During his career, he cultivated expertise gleaned from extensive experience work converting billing systems, denials management, and relationship-building with physicians and C-suite executives. He has led and onboarded RCM teams and implemented and managed customers and teams across multiple specialties, driving improvements in performance, collections, and automation, while reducing AR metrics and heightening satisfaction.

As AVP of RCM Systems and Analytics at XiFin, Stephanie is responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring a best-in-class implementation. With 15+ years of experience in finance and revenue cycle management, she has abundant knowledge about RCM best practices and implementation considerations for diagnostic providers. Prior to joining XiFin, Stephanie was Director of Client Management at Change Healthcare (formerly McKesson), where she was the point of contact for large, private pathology practices. Her background includes being the Director of RCM at McLeod Health, overseeing RCM activity for 60+ practices.
