Joe Nollar, AVP, LIS Product Development, XiFin, Inc.
Until its acquisition by XiFin in 2013, Joe Nollar had served as CIO of PathCentral, directing all commercial laboratory information system software development. From 2001 to 2009, Joe was founder and President of eTeleNext, a full service provider of web-based laboratory information systems (LIS), until it was acquired by PathCentral. From 1996 to 2000, he worked as a consultant in KPMG’s Consumer Assets practice, leading strategic and tactical engagements for Fortune 100 financial services institutions. He has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from UCLA and a Masters in International Management, Economics and Politics from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland.

Conor Ward, Vice President, Sales, XiFin, Inc.
Conor Ward brings nearly two decades of software sales leadership in the laboratory industry to XiFin. Prior to XiFin, he spent 12 years at ChemWare, Inc., an enterprise laboratory information systems and data analytics company, most recently serving as Director of Business Development. At ChemWare, he rose through the ranks and built and managed a sales team that grew revenue by double digits every year under his leadership. Conor also expanded ChemWare’s sales footprint internationally. Conor holds a B.S. in biology from the University of Maine and an M.B.A from Wake Forest University.
