Before joining XiFin in 2019, she spent more than fifteen years in senior HR leadership roles, including Director & HR Integration Lead for Healthcare Informatics at ResMed.

Evolving the Mission: From Efficiency to Intelligent Innovation
XiFin’s mission has grown beyond traditional revenue cycle management. What began as a focus on efficiency and financial performance has matured into a comprehensive revenue cycle management technology partnership that enables both clinical and financial excellence.
Today, XiFin leverages AI and automation to eliminate workflow bottlenecks, increase claim accuracy, and accelerate reimbursement. Customers—from diagnostic laboratories and imaging centers to pharmacies and medical device manufacturers—use data and analytics to inform decisions across the revenue cycle. XiFin has also expanded its digital ecosystem with secure portals and API-based connectivity, enabling seamless integration with EHRs, LIS, pharmacy systems, and patient engagement platforms. This interoperability fosters transparent collaboration among providers, payors, and patients.
This evolution reflects XiFin’s guiding principle, THE POWER TO DO GOOD®. Our mission is no longer just about better billing—it’s about empowering providers to focus on care while ensuring their financial infrastructure is resilient, accurate, and sustainable.
For Niki, this shift marked a redefinition of the CPO role. She and her team are focused on aligning people and purpose, cultivating a workforce fluent in healthcare innovation and the technologies driving it. Through targeted development programs, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration, employees understand how their contributions impact XiFin’s success, our customers’ success, and ultimately, patient care.
Scaling for Impact: Centers of Excellence and a Customer Excellence Mindset
XiFin’s HR organization operates under a Center of Excellence (CoE) model designed for scale, compliance, and operational excellence:
- Embedded HR Business Partners support key functions like Engineering, Product Management, and Client Services—ensuring alignment with team goals.
- Specialized Groups manage centralized functions including HRIS, Compensation & Benefits, and Learning & Development—sharing expertise across the organization.
- AI & Automation streamline repetitive tasks such as data management and reporting, freeing HR professionals to focus on coaching leaders, developing skills, and shaping culture.
Culturally, XiFin emphasizes a customer excellence mindset—one that extends beyond customers of our solutions to include treating employees as internal customers and equipping them with the tools and development opportunities they need to perform at their best. This philosophy is a cornerstone of XiFin’s ability to grow efficiently while maintaining agility and innovation.

Looking Ahead: AI-Enabled Work and Purpose-Driven Talent
The most transformative current trend is AI and automation—not as replacements for people, but as enablers of more meaningful work. At the intersection of technology and reimbursement, XiFin will continue to simplify complex processes and accelerate outcomes for providers.
From an HR perspective, this requires a parallel shift in skills and culture. Niki’s team is implementing a comprehensive AI learning and upskilling strategy to help employees effectively utilize these tools and expand their capacity within existing staffing models. Rising regulatory complexity and evolving payor policies also demand adaptable teams with strong data literacy and advisory skills. XiFin’s modular programs strengthen these competencies across departments.
Equally important is the alignment of purpose and performance, particularly among newer generations who expect authenticity and impact. XiFin integrates The Power to Do Good into training and leadership development, ensuring every employee connects their daily work to real progress in the healthcare ecosystem.
Niki’s Guiding Philosophy: Partnership, Purpose, and Performance
Niki has transformed HR into a strategic partner. Since joining XiFin, HR has evolved from a primarily administrative and policy enforcement role to a proactive, collaborative discipline integrated into organizational design and business strategy. Every role has a clear line of sight to impact, and clarity, accountability, and continuous feedback define excellence across roles and teams.
The CPO role itself has shifted to focus on architecting culture and performance. At XiFin, HR partners with leaders to define excellence, equip managers with coaching tools, and deliver a consistent, transparent employee experience. By empowering employees with resources, training, and communication, and supporting managers, the result is engaged teams that build better solutions, driving stronger outcomes for XiFin’s customers.
Workforce Planning and Learning: Intelligent, Adaptive, Predictive
AI, automation, and data analytics are transforming workforce planning, learning, and performance management:
- AI-powered analytics inform staffing models, talent forecasting, and engagement—revealing capability gaps before they hinder innovation.
- Adaptive microlearning tailored by role and pace supports continuous education and on-demand knowledge.
- Objective talent evaluation uses performance metrics and growth indicators to identify potential leaders and personalize career pathways.
