XiFin CEO to Present at Health Ethics Trust Event

February 15, 2011

San Diego, CA — February 15, 2011 – XiFin Inc., the leading provider of revenue cycle management for diagnostic service providers, today announced that Lale White, CEO and executive chairman, will speak at the Health Ethics Trust (HET) West Coast Regional Certification Course on March 7-9, 2011, at the worldwide headquarters of CareFusion, Inc. in San Diego, CA.

During her session, “Demystifying Clinical Laboratory Compliance,” White will review the challenges and issues facing labs in developing and maintaining reliable policies, procedures and systems to ensure compliance and discuss how to develop effective strategies to manage compliance-related activities.

“XiFin has developed its products and services from the ground up to recognize the unique complexities and compliance requirements of the laboratory industry,” stated Mark Pastin, PhD, CEO of Health Ethics Trust. “We are delighted to have Lale join our roster of compliance speakers at this year’s west coast certification intensive course. Participants will benefit significantly from Lale’s perspective in compliance issues facing labs today.”

Architected with compliance in mind, XiFin’s medical billing platform enables providers to more effectively manage compliance requirements through the use of sophisticated rules-based workflows and automatic system updates. XiFin reliably monitors and identifies non-compliant activity, enabling clients to reduce risk and ensure that critical compliance-related decisions are executed consistently and correctly.

The majority of the industry’s 10 largest labs currently work with XiFin to automate their billing process, improve cash collections, better manage complex reimbursement requirements and reduce the costs associated with regulatory compliance. Public companies in particular view XiFin as an integral component to managing Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
